Excellent customer service. They did an outstanding job of keeping in communication with me throughout the move. You can tell customer satisfaction is extremely important to them. Thank you for the A+ customer service.

  Movers were on time, clean and professional. We have a 4 year old and they were considerate and kid friendly. I told them I only wanted 3 hours but nothing more. They took the proper precautions with our furniture but were also quick and efficient. They didn't complain when I asked them to rearrange the couch, didn't like it, and then asked them to put it back the way it was. RECOMMENDED!

  I used Road Runner Moving to move my stuff from my apartment to a storage unit and it was the easiest move I've ever experienced. I say experienced because I did not have to lift a finger. They did every possible thing for me. They even packed my suitcase which was not even included in total price quote. This move went insane. I recommend.

  These were great guys! They didn't waste time getting to work. They coordinated well. They disassembled and reassembled everything carefully. Everything went smoothly they worked fast without wasting time. Recommend them very much! The price was also completely reasonable!

  Both movers were extremely friendly and took care of our items. Everything arrived on the same condition! One of our sofas was tricky and they had to use the stairs. I would hire them again and have already recommended them to my parents.

  I was already taking a relatively big risk by moving from a comfortable city and job to go halfway across the country, but company helped ease some of my concerns. Everything was handled as if it was their own, and take apart was done with the proper tools. I believe I made the right choice when I decided to give them a call.

  Road Runner Moving company helped my stepmom move out of a 3 bed single family into storage. We had such a great experience, after 5 months, we asked them to move her belongings again from storage into her new 55+ community apartment. They're very reasonable and professional. Scott was patient, careful and knowledgeable as to how and where things should go. I will definitely use them the next time I move and recommend others to use them as well.

  When I first saw it arrive I was worried it wouldn't fit all my stuff, but they made it happen. Super professional and he took extra care of moving all my stuff (rug on hardwood floor, wrapping around everything). I'm really impressed. Also, their prices are super competitive. The attention to detail was really great.
