The communication was well they kept me informed throughout my move. When my belongings arrived, it came in the same way as they are loaded. No Signs of mishandling, dirt or wetness. They took the proper precautions with our furniture but were also quick and efficient. They didn't complain when I asked them to rearrange the couch, didn't like it, and then asked them to put it back the way it was. RECOMMENDED!
