  My husband and I had no worries at all during our last move. We had decided to use Roadrunner Moving owing to their renowned reputation of ensuring satisfaction on the part of the customers, and we ended up being totally satisfied with everything they did for us. They did all the work for us as we relaxed and even when it came to paying, there was no fuss at all because the pricing was very reasonable.

  7/29/20: RoadRunner crew arrived as advertised. Broke down furniture , Packed, Loaded and were gone just under 3 hours! Excellent communication, professional appearance and a very clean execution. Hoping experience on the other side is going to be excellent as well. upping to 5 stars from 4! earlier comment on the quoting process: So far so good.. After checking with multiple movers - i decided to go with Road Runner. Ron was very helpful and patient through the process. The estimation/ contract process was smooth.   I was very, very impressed by the RoadRunner Moving Company three man moving crew; they were a dream come true, exceptional people. They were on time, very polite and professional. They really, really hustled every step of the way, literally jogging to get to the next piece. They worked very hard from the time they arrived on site until they departed the drop off location. We’re very thankful for their help and will be using them again.

  Each person we dealt with from the office to the movers was extremely helpful and professional. We had tight spaces, doorways and stairs. They unhinged our doors and move our furnishings quickly with no damage. Seriously I cannot recommend this company and Jamie and team enough.   The movers were sooo sweet to my mom and stepdad, and were super-duper careful with the antique furniture. They arrived earlier than anticipated, and even when they hit some traffic, they kept me posted with updates from the road by text.

Their pricing is competitive, they arrived on time and gave me a heads up when they were about 30 minutes out, and they got me moved from one apartment to another in a little over 4 hours. They even called us the evening before to remind us to change our clocks because of daylight savings time. Seriously, who does that?   On the day of the move, the moving team of 3 guys came to the location on time and ready to start right away with materials in hand. It took them 2 hours instead of the estimates 3-4 hours to move everything from the old location to the new location. This was by far the greatest experience we have had with a moving company. 100% would recommend.

  When I first saw it arrive I was worried it wouldn't fit all my stuff, but they made it happen. Super professional and he took extra care of moving all my stuff (rug on hardwood floor, wrapping around everything). I'm really impressed. Also, their prices are super competitive. The attention to detail was really great.
